Refund Policy

Introduction

At Varmul Ways, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible and fair as possible with our refund policy. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for cancellations and other changes to bookings.

Cancellation by You

  1. Cancellation Timeframe:

    • More than 30 days before departure: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, you will recieve 50% refund.
    • 15 to 30 days before departure: If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before departure, you will receive a 10% refund of the total booking cost.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are not eligible for a refund. However, we will try to offer a partial refund or credit for future travel, depending on the circumstances and costs already incurred.
  2. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as flights, permits, and special event tickets, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Us

  1. Force Majeure: If Varmul Ways has to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events), we will offer you an alternative tour of similar value or a full refund.

  2. Operational Reasons: In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to operational reasons. In such instances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made to us.

Changes to Bookings

  1. Changes by You: If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes may be subject to availability and any additional costs incurred.

  2. Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary for operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated to you, and if you do not accept the changes, you may choose to cancel the booking and receive a full refund.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at admin@varmulways.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the booking.

  3. Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation timeframe and any non-refundable services as outlined above.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Varmul Ways is not responsible for any losses or expenses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
